i suddenly have this intense feeling of happiness and excitement :)
like everything beautiful, everything wonderful, everything hopeful. like there's hope in life. like going on trips, or revisiting taiwan again. or seeing you again. like all of it will come in time, and it's so hopeful. this feeling is so wonderful. :)

NKH: so what are you interested in?
me: mm. surgery.
NKH: oh good! what type of surgery?
me: mm. general surgery haha.
NKH: good! but you know, doing GS is a tough life.
me: but what to do, we like it what..
NKH: the most important thing about doing surgery is about having a good attitude. the next 10-15 years of your life is going to be hell, and you need to have a good attitude to stick through it and not quit.
